Original sketch of "The City" ... Citadel up top built on an outcropping of rock, the rest is a walled city. Although predictably medieval in most aspects, the system of weirs in the river channel water through a rank of waterwheels underneath the bridge powers a series of cogs and wheels that creates kinetic energy that's used in various ways.
