Tolron was first populated by buccaneer types. They kept that ethic. Maiden (more of a midden) is surrounded by suburbs named after other Aurora nations. Shoddy goods made here could be labeled "made in Szerlow", etc, kind of like the mythical (?) Japanese town of Usa had factories labeling their stuff "made in USA". Allegedly.
