Thanks-

Just wanted to mention that there is NO ocean ripple equivalent in GIMP....BUT, there is a free third party ocean ripple photoshop filter here (http://punkinstuff.tripod.com/fx/fx5.html) (download the whole pack or just that one).

Note - to use many of the 3rd party photoshop filters (.8bf extension) in GIMP, you will need the pspi plugin (http://www.gimp.org/~tml/gimp/win32/pspi.html). I have used this quite successfully on windows with GIMP to get many (but not all) 3rd party photoshop filters working.

Also, some of these plugins may need two dll's to work:
Msvcrt10.dll
Plugin.dll

(just google for them - they are available at a number of sites).

Also - I have heard (but have no experience) that the PSPI plugin will also run under Linux with WINE.
