Detailed tutorial: Gullside

I mentioned that I was going to write a tutorial for the Gullside featured map, so here it is. I've tried to make it as detailed as possible without going too overboard, as that seemed to be what people were after.

I've spent quite some time producing it so any criticisms and suggestions are welcome. I hope most people will get something out of it...
