The cpt-city site (http://soliton.vm.bytemark.co.uk/pub/cpt-city/index.html) is an excellent source for good gradients for use in hypsometric mapping.
I recently <strike>spent</strike> wasted four days trying to find the site, so I figured I should put it somewhere safe. In all honestly I think it's a perfect fit for Mapping Elements and not something as far as I can tell that has gotten much attention.
This would perhaps be a good place to plop good sources for gradients as we find them.
Thank you for your attention.
