Second Entry. Great Britain lost one of its wars against the French and now most of the former British colonies are French territories.

Maybe I will need the help from some native French-speakers as my school knowledge of French is rather dusty.

Just send me a Pm with anything you want translated and I'll do it for you. French Canadian at least. :P I think you got the title wrong too.

Thank you. Where's the title wrong? Nouvelle Reims? Or ancienne New York?

Reims isn't a word to begin with. But basically you should decide if they adapted the same name or changed it when they took over management. Maybe it could me Nouveau-Paris or something.

Reims is no less a city than Paris. The French kings used to be crowned there.

I was not aware I thought he was trying to do a literal translation of a word. My bad.

This was exactly my reason for the name

I've never liked mountains like that, but I guess they fit the style for the map :)

Yes, for a 18th century style map this works fine.

Looks great :) A bit hard to read the labels on top of the middle river though.

just remember if you ever go there - that Champagne houses are SNOBS - only one house had entry without prebooking 3-4 weeks in advance (totally stupid) - so MUMM got all our money :)
