Not sure if this is in the right place but I was experimenting with trying to add mountains to maps and this is what I came up with, any comments or critique?

I really like the texture of these mountains, and I think they're especially effective down at the lower section of your country. I think this style would be complimented well with this style (http://www.cartographersguild.com/showthread.php?4405-Award-Winner-Rising-up-the-mountains-in-Photoshop) of adding height to slopes and peaks. Instead of the mountain texture pasis (http://www.cartographersguild.com/member.php?4877-pasis) uses as a backdrop, you can just use this cloud style texture. Watch your rivers (http://www.cartographersguild.com/showthread.php?3822-How-to-get-your-rivers-in-the-right-place), too. They look a little like they aren't flowing downhill.
This is a good start! Here's some rep!

Something about the texture looks almost as if they're an isometric view turned sideways. Rotate the image 90 degrees clockwise and see if you see what I mean. It could just be my imagination, though. The bit in the lower right looks terrific, though.
