I just did some research into the published Warcraft RPG, only to discover it is an open license d20 game. I was thinking of running a World of Warcraft table top game, but I really want to capture more of the "over the top" power levels that the MMO displays. Anyone know of a system that captures this?

Exalted (http://www.white-wolf.com/exalted/)
Tri-Stat dX (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tri-Stat_dX) (free rules here (http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/product_info.php?cPath=139&products_id=368))

I concur with Wordman, the Exalted system would capture that feel perfectly and contains just about everything you would need. Actually playing Exalted in Blizzard's setting would be a great deal of fun.

But for what it's worth, the Warcraft RPG heavily modifies the d20 rules. At least in my 1st ed copy they totally redefine many of the basic concepts of D&D, such as the origin of divine magic for example.
