I finally got an idea, so I am jumping into the challenge.
This is the basic design and layout for the Winter War Wagon. Now I have to decide if it has wheels or skids.
I also need to add in some more details and shadows.

Winter War Wagon for Hire! Our motto is "You start the battle, we'll finish it"

If you do give it wheels I would suggest big wide ones (maybe with studs or spikes!) so it can handle the snow better.

Decided to go with giant skis as they turned out better than the wheels.

I am almost finished with the shadows, just need a few little details.

Nice but I have one concern, the shadows seem to be cast from numerous light sources

Yeah, that is one problem with using premade objects, some have different directional shadows. I'll try to fix some of the worst offenders.

Well, it is as finished as I'm going to get it. Very busy weekend and I should have gone to bed earlier.......... Hope I fixed most of the errors.

I had expected it to be under sails, especially due to the ram at the bow and the three masts

Thanks Lostatsea.

Eric, the "ram" is just a decorative dragon's head, more for effect than ramming, and there are 3 raised archery-sniper towers, but no masts.

Well the raised sniper towers, I thought they were masts ;)

Great concept, I could totally see using this in a campaign.

@ Eric: I can see how they would look like crows nests at the top of a mast.

@ Arsheesh: Thanks! I can see an approaching army has a few of these war wagons. It could turn the tide of battle. The party's mission is to disable or destroy them, or capture one for the good guys to have on their side.
