I wanted to know if anyone has done a fantasy star map, if so I would love to see it! I have been wanting to try one out for a while but I haven't been able to find any examples of a fantasy astronomy map. I am very familiar with the northern hemisphere and I have studied astronomy before. I am looking for ideas and examples. I would love it if anyone responded with any ideas at all!

Well, I have done this map for on of my fantasy rpg.
And I was quite inspire by the star map of Elyden (by vorropohaiah).

I have done galactic backgrounds, and a star chart map. I have used a program for the chart called Astrosynthesis by NBOS software. For the Galactic background I use Bryce and Paint Shop pro. Here is an example of a background:

Hey thanks for the great examples! Ghostman I love your star chart, It has a really cool Greek/Roman feel to it. I also love your constellations!
