Hey guys,

I have been working in Paint Shop Pro trying to make some picture tubes to make placing mountains and other elements onto my maps a little easier. This is a rather enjoyable process and definitely a new learning experience as I am a novice with this program.

I was inspired by delgondahntelius' tutorial on hand drawn pen and ink elements and decided to go for some pen/ink style mountains. This is the result. Any C&C would be welcomed.

We can always use more mountain tubes. Thanks.

Very nice! If you want some more inspiration, I had a similar idea for GIMP image tubes (and have been slack about getting back to it!) that can be found here (http://www.cartographersguild.com/showthread.php?t=3728), which is based on my tutorial here (http://www.cartographersguild.com/showthread.php?t=3717). My first thought is that there is to much black for my tastes, but that might just be me, BUT I have no idea what limitations PSP has when compared to GIMP, so that may be the best you can get in that particular tool. In any event, REP+6 for taking this on.

Thanks for the rep. I agree they seem a little too black. I tried lightening them up a little with a dodge filter and I kind of like the result.

I think these are better, but "for me", there is still to much dark, but still a nice set and we welcome the contribution!

Are these solid black with white fill?
