I have revamped the websites permissions.
Since the onset of spam attacks, the site wasn't even viewable by non-validated members. I have changed that and made all forums read-only until personally validated. Personal validation will continue until further notice, so please bear with me if you don't get your verification email in a super-timely fashion.
The attachment problem has also been resolved, and was also related to those permissions. You should now all be able to post attachments if you are a validated member.
If you notice any permissions problems please pm me or email me and I'll try to get it resolved.
