Using the neat little solo game How to Host A Dungeon (http://planet-thirteen.com/Dungeon.aspx) I created a hand drawn map in three stages of a dungeon's history.
The first image is a rough pencil of Primeval history with natural caverns, the second is a small expansion with a short-lived dwarven mine, and the last map (which is the prettiest) is the product of many monster groups and invasions in the later history of the dungeon.
I think I will digitally neaten up the last map and might even create a movie of the dungeon timeline since the game generates and exact history of each room and inhabitants.
Thanks to Dyson (http://www.cartographersguild.com/showthread.php?t=6715&highlight=dyson) for mentioning it in his hand drawn map thread.
I used pencil on bristol for the rough first map and then colored brush markers and fine tips on marker paper for the next two maps.
