Well... I know it's a bit early but... I got inspired last night when I read the challenge. I started with the smaller rose images and it led me to draw the blade first. I liked where things were going and... decided to try and work the blades into the compass rose project. What I ended up with... was the following...
I'm also adding an offshoot of the image... it's what I was led into last night... I worked it into the actual compass rose this afternoon.
