A wonderful map! Lovely colours and very well drawn! Bravo!
Lovely! It's visually stunning to look at - you did a brilliant job on it.

That's a mighty attractive map you have there.

Congratulations! Now that is very pretty indeed. Good work from start to finish.

Yeahhh.. I really love this map/art a lot. It's just so satisfying to look at. Super Excellent Job! You should really get it printed, it's so nice.

I smell a featured map when we get the forum upgrade sorted out ;)
01-20-2010, 11:18 PM
Ok, you've heard it several times before now, but I have to chime in. I just found this site, and yours was the second map I've seen on it after a random click, but after having made a fair number of maps, I have to say yours rocks. A truly beautiful map. Very cool!!!

As it seems everyone has said, "fantastic map!!!" I also like the way it's presented, as opposed to the more popular flat, unrolled traveler's map
01-24-2010, 07:46 PM
That is freaking AWESOME.
01-24-2010, 10:14 PM
If this doesn't get featured I'm gonna have to set fire to someone :)

I really like this, it's excellent.
Reminds me of those plastic 3d maps that were bumpy from the mountains. I want to feel it, like I used to do when I was a kid.

This map is by far one of my all time favorites...the style is quite simply amazing and the way you've put it into perspective makes me feel as though I could grab it off the screen and start reading it. That little dragon clutching the top right corner is just icing on the cake. :)
5 stars and much deserved rep. +++ ;)

really well done, it's fun to just wander all over the map. It has a great old school game feeling to it.

It is truly a marvel.

I must rep you! Edit: But it won't let me? I get a half hdden bar saying "Reputation" at the top and no means to do anything?

This is a beautiful map! Congratulations!
(On a related note: would it be possible to putt this map, and Boslok's from last month, in the Cartographer's Choice forum, as well as the Cartographer's Choice blog section? Or maybe join the forum and the blog into one? It'd be great to have all of these wonderful maps in one place!)

Gorgeous and inspiring!

This is really thinking outside of the box. I love how you kept the color scheme subtle and matched it with the border.

What a fantastic map. All the unique places in the world just springs to life. The Howling Heads, Nothar Falls, the Great Stairway. Great stuff, now we just need Michael Komarck, John Howe or some other artist to give them their final appearance.

This is a wonderful map. Well executed. Thumbs up! I love how the points of interests are emphasized and leap out of the map. I've done things like that before, but not to the grandeur you've executed here. Awesome. :)
I just noticed I may have necroposted. If so, feel free to delete this post.
Very nice! Color me impressed :)
I'm terrible at perspective shots like that, but yours is fantastic. it really looks like the features are climbing off the page.

Unbelievable! Totally worth a front page.

That's lovely. So, is Sinisteria the left half of something?
06-22-2011, 05:23 AM
This is one of the most inspiring maps I have ever seen - just phenomenal work.
01-24-2012, 06:44 PM
Now that's a map! I really need to visit this forum more often...
