Gods bless Larb

Ok, so this is a small, river/lake side village I knocked together using Larb's town tutorial (and some of the buildings from one of his/her maps).

I'm not sure how much I like the tree brush that I used to provide some filler for the background but it is all that I have for 'cover' work.

The basics of the village worked out fairly well. There's a bridge coming into the village that crosses a small river and the whole settlement is surrounded by a stone wall.

I think I smudged the wall in a few places and need to re-make it in a later version. What I -LOVE- is how easy it was to put the whole thing together with the buildings that Larb had made.

Larb - if you're listening...

Please make some building tiles. Your buildings are AWESOME.

It looks pretty good. I think the problem with the trees is that they're 3/4 view while the rest of the map is top-down. Not sure where to find a top-down tree brush, though you could probably make your own pretty easily.
