but i dont know if it is okay to copy it.

Well if you look five threads down this same forum, you'll find that the Inn of the Laughing Giant is being created by Turgenev, and it says in his thread that this is for a self-publishing project, so I would say, no - you don't have permission to recreate it. When Turgenev is finished making it, you can probably purchase it.

PS: I'm sure Turgenev could make his maps in color if he wanted to, but Turgenev is an "old school mapper" which many gamers prefer, so his maps are B/W for a reason. There is no need for you to convert his maps to color, if anybody needed to its easy, but you'd need Turgenev's permission to do so.
