Hope I got the town and map numbers correct. Not sure if it goes with Akron or with the islands, I'm assuming the latter. Not sure how we denote which town gets which number either. At any rate, if it's wrong someone let me know and I'll fix it.

Edram is on Map 16 with the islands, even though it's one of the Akron City States, so that one's correct. As far as I know, the numbering is just grab the next available one.
