That's a great start! Your rivers are beautiful, they almost seem to shine (but not too much, so it's still realistic).
Interesting colors but quite nice actually, good job.
More place and settlement names.
River edits and Gimp work pending.
Great choice of fonts and some nice additions.
Finished titling and added noise and find edges in Gimp.
Looking good.
Personally I would use different symbols for the towns, cities and mayor cities, though. Makes them stand out more than different colors. Or you could make the dots larger for the larger cities.
