    Default Rocket Map - a different take

    Rocket Map - a different take-aspera.jpg

    Ink on paper, an illustration and map that I drew quite a while back and recently scanned. Apparently a river violating civilization has grown around the base of a gargantuan rocket. Perhaps it is a civilization of tiny humanoids, perhaps not ... the main thing is that it demonstrates a thorny conundrum. What to do, when your whole civilization abuts the remains of a much larger and more advanced one?
