sewer maze with multiple states

This was a nasty puzzle with multiple states. It worked out rather well and really allowed me to push maptool to it's limits. The base map has every segment of the sewer flooded. Each of the overlay pieces fits a sewer segment so that you can turn parts of it on and off as required. Big thanks to the guy who made the sewer tileset.
