Very, very nice! Did you use CC3 to make this? I would love to know more about the software / process you used!
The main landmass and the bigger islands were generated in Fractal Terrians 3. I just clicked "next" until I find a spot that I liked and them I exported to CC3 and did what were necessary (rezise, turn, fractalize, break...). Them I did all the rest in CC, including the shields.
