Thanks very much! I' ve only a question, a stupid question: I used in this map the prefix Caer and Port... what do they mean?

Port is used for describing a town/city that is a port or an area where Ships come in to dock and load and unload cargo.

A Caer on the other hand is the Welsh name for a Fortress or Castle:
