Miners Camp
So this is my first post of a "finished Map". The W.I.P can be found here. I already used this map a week ago for my RPG-group. Afterwards I added some missing things. So, here it is.
I used CS 4 Illustrator & Photoshop to get this map done.
Wow, that's a nice map! I could definitely see myself or my group playing an adventure on this map. I only feel there's a little detail missing. Perhaps something like barrels, a camp fire and other 'props' which would make it look a bit more like a camp that is in use.
Nice dramatic map. Very hand drawn like.
I like the whole map.

Dollhouse Syndrome = The temptation to turn a map into a picture, obscuring the goal of the image with the appeal of cute, or simply available, parts. Maps have clarity through simplification.

No, the pattern is from "Liam's Pictures from old books". But bit by bit I want to make this kind of stuff by myself.
