evil joke Ramah... and what a great show... been a few years since I read the first book but it looks like its staying reasonably true to the story

It did, in the book. But in a way it could be better the way they did it. As she said earlier in the season, "fire can not hurt a dragon".
Oh, I'd forgotten that bit! Oh well. I really enjoyed revisiting the story, as I read the original when I was still in High School. I have the new book on preorder and can't wait to dive headfirst back into that world.
