    Map new and hungary

    hey guys, thanks for accepting me on ur blog. i am a project student in ghana and need help in building a 3d model in arcscene.
    i actually need to build a model on the disaster a dam would bring if it fails

    Hello was-

    Dam breach flood (inundation) maps are usually developed using GIS systems that can be used to calcualate water volumes and flood levels based on real word elevation channel/lake depth data.

    You might get more help on a GIS site than here (though we do have a few folks fairly familiar with GIS active on the board)
