Yep. The formula is
new latitude = - old latitude
new longitude = 180° + old longitude = - (180° - old longitude)
(and a - in front means S becomes N and W, E, and conversely).

I'm trying to determine an exact antipode for the following coordinates: 8°57’33”N 152°03’40”E
Am i right in thinking the antipode to that is: 8°57’33”S 27°56’20”W
