NationStates is a Nation Simulation Game where one runs there own Nation however they see fit. It's a purely text based game with PiP (Player interacting with Player) action. Also their is currently an Open Beta for NationStates 2 which includes Trade and War aspects.

Is it anything like Utopia? I used to play that quite a lot in the late 90s.
