I've been posting other races then the ones I'm adding or subtracting from completely for "here's the cast" reasons...

Mostly I'm stepping back due to silliness... although, Juggernaught's last post actually fixed the rule breaks he'd previously posted (exception kobolds existence)... so keeping it straight from here should be good.
