    Default Class Project

    Hey everyone!

    So I haven't posted in a while as I am doing some rather heavy course work, but here is one of the assignments I had. We had to redesign our city's waste collection map and organize the information in a different way. I chose to do a World War II propaganda/war map poster. I figured I would share the results and some of you might appriciate the humor of the Trash-supermen waging war and triumphing over the evil blight of garbage is constantly invading our fair city!

    I certainly had fun making it and glad I could use my mapping skills for a class. I will probly be more active over the summer when I have time again. But for now, must focus on projects. Once I finishe the main piece of my major project I will be posting some pics. It's not map related, but I do have an idea to make it so. Until then!

    Very Cool

    Even if I am correct, I would still advise you to follow your heart. This whole Cartographers Guild thing, it seems to me, is more about passion and skill and learning new techniques than it is about definitions and rules.
