That is a nice improvement!
The rivers look better laid out, and we'll even accept the little split before the sea in the lower right as a delta SE
One suggestion might be to roughen up the edges of all the icons to match the coast edges.

What RobA said... I would also suggest making your rivers/lake's black AND/OR set them to the same color as the sea while also reducing the woodcut effect to make it more random and broken up(there are several tutorials here for that by various people)....
right now, the river style sort of clashes with the woodcut coasts.
