    Question Software Question???

    Hye I'm new here. Found the place after getting Campaign Cartographer 3 and City Designer 3. I've looked at other maps, both city and overland mapping, and i like CC3 and CD3. But, i would like to know what other programs there is out there for mapping so it can look more official, if get what i mean.

    any links would be great aswell.

    Hello lilrocker90, I'd say that apart from profantasy's programs I think most people use Photoshop or gimp for their mapping. I don't know what you mean with looking more offical, but I think you can do really great maps in both cc3 and cd3. However I'd recomend that you at least get one of the annuals from profantasy. That's where the real gems are hidden when it comes to styles.

    wicked thanks guys

    ... i guess i mean that the maps i have made look almost too cartoony, if that makes sense, but i guess as i get better at it they will look better
