Map 3D concept map, Castle on Loth

Interested to get some feedback on the basic look and feel of a map like this?

Map 2d image is created in anything (this one was ArtRage), and imported into SU as an image. Castle textured in SU. Render is done by Visualiser.

It looks great, on a side note, what is "SU"? I use maya for all my non-terrain 3d needs.

I think in general it looks pretty good. The only foreseeable problem is the issue of the direction of things like trees, mtns, etc. For instance, in the image the trees go off to the side and it would look better if the trees flowed with the viewing angle. Since redrawing the map is out of the question perhaps the direction you choose to render from could be changed.
Evenso I like it. I have meant to do this same thing myself at some point. I've used SU for years and would love to do it as well. Nice work.
