Hey, just wondering what format to save files in to post? Also how do upload thumnails, like in the WIP threads?

You can give 'Reputation' (Rep) to someone by clicking on the 'star' icon below their user info.
How much rep you give depends on a number of factors (how much rep you have, how many posts, etc.). Also you cannot simply give someone rep over and over - yuou need to 'spread the love' around a bit before you can rep someone again.
