Is there an image size limit? What's going on when I upload a file and it hangs for 15 min?

The limit is about 5mb. The hanging for 15 minutes could be if you are using IE9. I had no problems with IE8, until it upgraded me to 9. So I use FF to upload my images here now.

Assuming I stick with fantasy cartography, I'd like to become a World Builder, laying out not only a realistic topography, but also the geopolitical boundaries and at least rough descriptions of the countries and societies.
