I'm trying to make a custom-interrupted Mollweide map for my large world map project, and I've projected the map several times for my central meridians, but I'm having a dickens of a time cutting out the pieces in order to put them back together again. Is there a better way? Some fabulous software that will let me input the central meridians and split meridians for each hemisphere and just does it?
