Thread: Mountains Don't Look Right

For some reason the mountains on my map didn't really come out right. They look like black lines rather than elevated areas. If you can believe it I was following Ascension's Atlas Style Tutorial and still messed it up. This is my first map and I'd like to get it to look proper, so if anyone knows how I can fix it or at least where I went wrong I'd be very grateful.
