I stopped at the point in the tut where you add rivers, as (1) they wouldn't be visible at this scale and (2) that gets into the part of your map that I'd think you'd want to control. I'm uploading the gimp file and a full-res jpg to my dropbox site and will link them once it uploads.

Sure, there are a few inacuracies (mainly desert placement and everything bellow the waterline), but I'm fairly sure he wouldn't have been able to help that. Overall, it's amazing!

desert placement is really easily tweaked actually ... when i'm not posting from the iphone i'll look up the tut step that gives instructions for it. underwater ... yeah, that's pretty much an artifact of the method. glad you like it!
Deserts are usually on the Tropics (Cancer and Capricorn) and in rain shadows (areas where the mtns block the wind from blowing rain in) but you can put them anywhere you want really.
