Thread: Superhero Fictional City

Im looking to have a fictional city created on the west coast of Vancouver Island. It would be located where Port renfrew, bc is located now. It will be a city of 900,000 people, with a greater metropolitan population of 1.3 million. I would like the map to show the different areas (or neighborhoods) of the city like Chinatown for example. The city will be called Renfrew City.
