People come and people go. I walk amongst them, I see their faces; but none see mine. I pass them in the streets but nary a glance is spared my way, for what interest would they have in a Wanderer? Not of this world... Forever Alone... Forever Wandering... LoneWandererD...

a good start... reminds me (in a strange way) of a level I buildt for "Boulderdash" on the Amiga, it was 24 small rooms which in theory could be completed all of them... only the going from room to room without getting killed was rather hard - one danger builds upon the next
Perhaps the fish should look a little scarier?

Even if I am correct, I would still advise you to follow your heart. This whole Cartographers Guild thing, it seems to me, is more about passion and skill and learning new techniques than it is about definitions and rules.

Black and white is perfect for this. I was getting the feeling of an old school trap with all the straight lines.
