February 2012 Entry: Ticket to Ride Blekinge
Hello!
I have, once again, decided to enter the fray of the Mapping Challenge, this time with a modified Ticket to Ride map of the Swedish province where I live, Blekinge. Admittedly it's very esoteric, but that's regionalism for you.
I'm not going to try and make it look like the official maps (that'd both take much too long time and inevitably foul up somewhere along the line), so instead I'm going to make it in my usual (for this board) crisp one-pixel style. Just to give a small preview, here's a little taster of things to come.

Well, I wanted to do it as well, and ... this won't be the same, hopefully, so at least there is that.
I've gotten a bit more work done, adding some towns and stretches of rail.

It's a real fave at our house too. Great choice!
Well, it should be evident to all by now, but I haven't been able or, to tell the truth, willing to prioritise this over my other works recently, and so I probably won't be able to participate with a finished entry. As such, I am formally withdrawing from the current Map Challenge.
Sorry to hear it. I understand though.
