    I couldn't resist a chance to do a Doctor Who tie-in entry. Also, it's my first go at making something in Inkscape.

    I think this is pretty close to done now. I might put some more "Gallifreyan" in the center, but with the cardinal directions labelled, I don't think there's more that I have to do.
