July 2012 Challenge Entry: Deep Ruins
A map of a flooded coast. I don't have a whole lot of time to play with it, but I'll try to snag some time here and there. We'll see.

So, yeah. Probably biting off a whole lot of non-chewable-ness with this twist... but, I've never been good at small goals.
You may recognize the shape of the dragon. Basing it off this one.

The difference in contrast? A couple of levels adjustment layers. One above the background, and another above everything. Easily changeable.
Edit: Or did you mean the whole map-from-cloud thing? I just sorta traced it.

Toned back the horrible contrast; let me know if it needs more adjusting, will you? Now working on... labels. erm. Unreadable squiggles that pass for labels because I'm too lazy to think up names and 'cause I believe squiggles leave more room for imagination. And... I'm lazy. The ones with dots are spot on their final locations. Sorry. The rest I haven't decided on placement yet.
