***September / October Lite Challenge: A village with a secret ***
This month's challenge is to map a village. Your map must contain a 'secret' of some kind in the widest sense. This might be a secret place that the inhabitants keep from the outside world, it might be a puzzle for the audience to guess at. It might be as simple as a riddle in text accompanying the map or hidden in the map itself. The map can be of any genre; real life, fantasy, sci-fi, cypber punk - it's up to you.
As always the challenge will close on or about the 10th of next month (October).
Best of luck everyone and I hope you come up with some really cool ideas!
:: Edit :: Oh I forgot to mention. For the voting this month, as an experiment, people will be able to vote for as many entries as they wish. Bear in mind if you vote for all the entries then the only effect your vote will have is to record your pleasure at all the maps (it won't make any difference as to who wins the contest).

Oh hey, just noticed this. Sounds cool. I will try to put something together. It will probably be somewhat experimental for me.
I'll be closing down the challenge sometime late UK time tonight.
At the risk of seeming pushy, when will the next challenge be announced?
It would be nice to start thinking about it this weekend.
