Here is my vote:
1/ The Blue Pyramid - by Lukc - the amount of detail is amazing as always! Really nice work, definitely my 1st!
2/ Sunset Tower - by Larb - nice feeling and execution!
Schwarzkreuz's seemed really a good start, and I had great hopes on that one... too bad he didn't get to finish it on time... I would be very curious to see the result!
Totally forgot to retract mine, lol. Only ever managed to upload my rough copy and then just haven't found the time to work on it this month due to launching my D&D 4e campaign and drawing a bazillion maps for a future adventure I'm hoping to publish.
That's two comps I've joined any not been able to finish, I really should make sure I have the time before even setting pen to paper.
Anyway, Blue Pyramid was the winner by far for me (I've not seen its progress as I haven't been around for a while) and the amount of details and the humor in it just echo everything I loved about Lukc's Deep Purple Dungeon. Second to that was Das Qala, again an epic amount of detail and really vivid imagery of the place as a whole.
Special mention to The Indestructible. As far as maps go for a D&D setting this is one I would definitely love to explore.

Even if I am correct, I would still advise you to follow your heart. This whole Cartographers Guild thing, it seems to me, is more about passion and skill and learning new techniques than it is about definitions and rules.
