Whenever possible (and if I have at least a faint idea) I try to participate in the monthly challenges - they are a great possibility to try out new things. This month I took the opportunity to go for a more painterly style. There's still a lot room for improvement, though.

Awesome looking map Sapiento! I must admit that the addition of rock bears and purple spiders just does it. :) Do you have an explanation for this weird looking, weird coloured landscape, or have you chosen your colour scheme on a whim? ^^

I just wanted to try something new and therefor chose not only a different painting approach, but also a different colour scheme.
