December Entry: Tieraport: The Siege of Brenton Heights
When I first read the rules for this month my first instinct was the maps of the civil war, i.e. The Siege of Atlanta etc. I told myself, however, that the reason I am doing this is to try something else than my antique parchment maps. So here is my first modern city map, then I threw in a bad invasion story on top of it. I had fun and learned alot doing it and that's what counts I guess!
I have some things left to label and I think I wanna put some troop movement arrows in as well, but I wanted to get this up.

Bill Stickers is innocent! It isn't Bill's fault that he was hanging out in the wrong place.
Please make an effort to tag all threads. This will greatly enhance the usability of the forums.
I added some more labels and some troop movement arrows. Still deciding on whether or not those will stay in the map or not. I got a lot more plans for this map; just don't know if I can get to them or not with the holiday's coming up.

I've seen a style similar to this somewhere and for the life of me I can't figure out where.

Looks kind of like a MapQuest map so that alone is pretty cool.
