Well, to be honest that was all I had in mind. My inspiration was the many castle maps that document fortifications in this 'sparse' fashion (ink on paper).Quote:

I am trying to stay away from using much color, because I feel I have a lot to learn about 'ink' before I try to move in that direction again. ps - I did think of some further directions that fall within the constraints I've set for myself. I'll follow up on them if time permits (pun intended). I watched a special on Petra the other day which is a very intriguing ruin.
