    Post Greetings All! New to the Forums!

    Howdy everyone!

    I have recently discovered this forum after a frantic search for map making. I love to play and run RPG's and hence is where the mapmaking comes in. I have a good background in art being both a computer animator and graphic designer.

    I love the look and feel of the maps from books like Tolkein, Wheel of Time, and Faerun Campaign Setting. I am looking forward to getting to know ya'll and improve my map skills.

    Looks good !! (mind the rivers though ) I love the names !!

    Even if I am correct, I would still advise you to follow your heart. This whole Cartographers Guild thing, it seems to me, is more about passion and skill and learning new techniques than it is about definitions and rules.
