    Agentk9 here,
    Just wanted to introduce myself and meet others and network. I'm an accomplished and published artist, with my own graphic design firm, but I'm new to map making. I'm hoping to learn and meet new friends and pros alike...cheers!

    Welcome to the guild. Do you have a web page of sample art ? Do you get published through your own company as well - maybe you could post a link or two. The introduction thread is a good place to post all that kind of thing.

    Even if I am correct, I would still advise you to follow your heart. This whole Cartographers Guild thing, it seems to me, is more about passion and skill and learning new techniques than it is about definitions and rules.
